Farmington Hills, Mich. (October 22, 2013)---Baby Care Basics 
This three-hour class will prepare you, whether you are a first-time parent, grandparent, or caregiver, to take care of a newborn. Topics covered: bathing, feeding, developmental stages, immunization schedule, identifying illnesses, choosing a pediatrician, medications, childcare options, choosing a babysitter, and safety-proofing your home, and much more. Childbirth Education Comprehensive Series 
This class series will prepare you and your partner for your child's birth and will help you become an informed participant in the birthing experience. Topics covered: stages of labor, strategies for managing discomfort, relaxation and breathing methods, the partner's role in labor and delivery, medications and anesthesia, C-section, and much more.
