Farmington Hills, Mich. (October 2, 2013)---Botsford Hospital's Walk with a Doc, a free wellness event, will start at noon, Thursday, November 21, 2013. First-time guest speaker Dr. Patricia A. Schmidt, will discuss stress and burnout, which can affect your emotional and physical health. Location: Heritage Park Nature Center, Farmington Hills. West side of Farmington Road, between 10 and 11 Mile Roads. Meets rain or shine. Call to register: 877-477-Doc1 (3621), option 1. This will be the final walk of the 2013 season. The 2014 season will begin in March.
