Farmington Hills, Mich. (March 29, 2012)---Botsford Hospital's next Walk with a Doc, a free wellness event, will feature the topic of nutrition for healthy living and weight loss.

On the west side of Farmington Road, between 10 & 11 Mile Roads

Guest speaker Annie House, registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator at Botsford Hospital, will be leading the discussion and will provide helpful nutrition tips, such as how to read nutrition labels, choosing high nutrition foods, how to eat healthy at restaurants and how small food changes can yield big results.
