Novi, Mich. (July 1, 2010)---Take a quick break from traditional cardiovascular and strength programs with a boxing personal training class for individuals or small groups. Challenge every part of your body with this intense training session.

Fees for members are $75 for one session, $180 for three sessions, $315 for six sessions and $450 for 10 sessions. Non-members costs are $75 for one session, $200 for three sessions, $350 for six sessions and $500 for 10 sessions.
