Novi, Mich. (July 1, 2010)---Do you want to train like a professional athlete or just want to feel and look your best? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is now offering TRX personal training and TRX training for small groups. The TRX builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability with hundreds of functional exercises that can easily adjust to all fitness levels.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the latest in innovative training tools used by elite athletes and novice enthusiasts. Weighing less than two pounds, TRX delivers greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines. Chris Garner, personal trainer at the Botsford Center for Health Improvement, says, “I love offering TRX training in a small group session. It’s a great way for people to get inspired and motivated and channel their competitive spirits.”
Six-week sessions are available for $136 for members or non-members. Enroll now for July and August classes.
