Botsford News Release
Novi, Mich. (April 15, 2010)---Due to high demand, the Botsford Center for Health Improvement will be adding a second Zumba class starting the week of May 3. Currently one session is offered on Mondays at 7:30 p.m. The new class will meet on Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music combined with high-energy, simple to follow, low impact Latin dance moves to create a dynamic, fun and effective workout. These Zumba classes are targeted for beginner to intermediate level. Diane Quigley, a fitness specialist, physical therapist and certified Zumba instructor, teaches both classes.
Quigley, says, “Even if you don’t know the moves, the music will draw you in and you’ll just start moving. Bring your own style, and your own flavor to the moves and be prepared for a night of fun.”
The class is $2 for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members. Non-members may purchase a punch card for 10 sessions for $99 or pay a drop-in guest fee of $15. Registration is not required.
