Farmington Hills, MI (March 18, 2009)--- Clarita Hughes, M.D., has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital.
Dr. Hughes, board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, is a Regional Trainer for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program for the American Heart Association. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Academy’s Section on Perinatal Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Hughes received her medical education from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Hughes also completed a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical Center.
