Novi, MI (April 9, 2008)--- The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is hosting a Friends and Family CPR class on Wednesday, April 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This community awareness class is designed to help you and your loved ones know the basic first responder skills for cardiac emergencies.
This class is not a certification class; it is intended for beginners who want to learn how to take care of others during an emergency. Debra Yake, American Heart Association Coordinator at the Life Support Training Institute, will teach this course. The cost is $10 and includes a class manual, two wallet cards and a barrier device.
