Dr. Butcher, a Grosse Pointe Farms resident, is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Transplantation and the National Kidney Foundation.

Dr. Butcher received his medical education from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency, a nephrology fellowship and a renal transplant fellowship at St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit.
