Free Wi-Fi service is available at Botsford Hospital in four hospital locations:
Visitors must bring their own computers or handhelds that contain a Wi-Fi card. Users will need to troubleshoot their own devices. When a user logs onto the Wi-Fi Network, an access agreement will be presented. Upon accepting the agreement's terms, the user would then be directed to Botsford Hospital's Web site. A filter will prevent access to what the hospital considers inappropriate content.
This service allows Botsford visitors to keep in communication with family and friends, to keep up with their work projects, or just to help pass the time while they wait for their loved ones who are patients here.
