Insurance Information and Fees
Our office accepts most major health insurance plans.
We ask new patients, after securing an appointment, to call our main number at (734) 464-6300 and talk with our office staff. We review your insurance plan coverage and secure general information. We do this in advance of your visit so that you are aware what we accept and of any costs that may be your resonsiblity.
We appreciate and expect any co-payments and fees for services not covered by insurance at the end of your appointment.
