• Affiliation Plaques, Patches and Lab Coats - To display your Botsford pride, we can provide you with an affiliation plaque for your office wall, a Botsford lab coat with affiliation patch affixed, or we can send you patches to affix to your own lab coat. Please call (248) 471-8823 to request any of these items or you may complete the order form.

• Online Physician Directory - Be sure to check your record in the directory periodically and call (248) 471-8823 to request changes.

• Outreach Laboratory - Botsford Hospital has a state-of-the-art full-service lab. The lab is totally automated and is a JVHL affiliated lab. We offer convenient courier services with quick test turnaround times.

• HealthMatch - Physician Referral Service
  • Computerized referral system matches Botsford physicians with potential new patients.
