Insurance Coverage
Our office accepts most major health insurance plans including
Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Choice, HAP, Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare and a variety of PPO's.
Co-payments and any services not covered by insurance are appreciated and expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard. Online payment is available.
Referrals
Your insurance plan may require a written referral for a specialist or to have a diagnostic procedure. We ask that you give us three to five business days to obtain and prepare the referral. Emergency referrals are given priority and will be processed as expediently as possible. For your convenience, MIMA has a referral coordinator who can be reached at (248) 615-0777, as well as, an online referral request.
