David Crowl, Jr., D.O.
David Crowl Jr., D.O., a board-certified internist, joined Botsford Hospital as a "hospitalist" and Midwest Internal Medicine Associates (MIMA) in October 2012. The medical practice recently earned Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's designation as a patient-centered medical home practice. In summer, Dr. Crowl will see patients in MIMA's Farmington Hills and Novi offices.

He also treats residents of the Rehabilitation and Continuing Care Unit located at Botsford Commons Senior Community and residents of other extended care nursing and subacute rehab facilities.
Serving as an associate clinical professor for Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) since 2009, Dr. Crowl received the 2010-2011 Medical Educator of the Year Award from Garden City Hospital. He will continue to train internal medicine residents at Botsford.
Following his medical education from MSUCOM, Dr. Crowl performed his internal medicine residency at Garden City Hospital, where he held the position of chief resident.
Dr. Crowl is professionally affiliated with the American Diabetic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American Osteopathic Association and the Michigan Osteopathic Association.
