The nursing staff will give you and your companion written instructions regarding follow-up care. Information on medications, discomfort, bleeding, diet and follow-up appointment with the physician may be found on the form.
Within 24 hours after you leave the hospital, we will follow up on your progress. If any problems arise when you are home, please contact your physician's office or the Emergency Department.
