Preparing for Surgery |

The following information will explain some of the features that Botsford Hospital offers and assist you through many steps when having surgery at our hospital.
A Botsford representative will contact you to discuss your medical history, current medications and allergies. He/she will also review your insurance information, surgery time and confirm the time you should arrive at the hospital.
If you are scheduled for pre-operative testing, a representative of the Surgical Evaluation & Testing Department will contact you to explain where to go for these pre-operative tests.
The type of surgery you are having and your individual needs will determine the length of your stay in the hospital.
