Respiratory Therapy and Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a proven therapy focusing on controlling the symptoms that are limiting your activities and interfering with your quality of life.  This increases your ability to live independently and to participate in the home and community activities you enjoy so much.

Therapy plans are tailored to your needs, and are approved by your referring physicians.

How long will my program take?

Typically, a pulmonary rehab program lasts 8 to 12 weeks (remember, we're treating problems that you've had for quite awhile). Most patients schedule rehab sessions two to three times a week. Appointment times are flexible and are scheduled around your availability.

How long will my program take?

  1. First, you need to see your doctor. Your physician needs to write a prescription for a pulmonary rehabilitation evaluation.
  2. Then, your doctor should call our office to get things started.
  3. We'll call you to set-up an appointment for your initial evaluation.
