The Childbirth Education classes are for all expectant parents and prepares you and your partner for the childbirth experience.

Childbirth Education Comprehensive Series (weekdays & weekends)
This class series will prepare you and your partner for the birth of your child. Designed to help you become an informed participant in the birthing experience, including topics below and much more:

Relaxation and breathing methods
Stages of labor
Strategies for managing discomfort
Partner's role in labor and delivery
C-section deliveries
Medications and anesthesia
