Elaine Webber, MS, RNCS, IBCLC
Elaine is a Registered Nurse with a Masters degree in Parent-Child Nursing. She is also a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Lactation Consultant. As a health professional, she has worked extensively with mothers and babies, both in the hospital and in a pediatric office (Botsford Pediatric Associates).
After establishing Botsford Breastfeeding services 11 years ago, she has continued to coordinate the clinic, as well as provide hands-on assistance to patients and families. She has served on boards of a variety of professional organizations, and is a frequent presenter at educational conferences.
Pat Salter RN, IBCLC
Pat
is a Registered Nurse who is also a certified Lactation Consultant. Pat has worked in the area of maternity nursing for over 25 years, focusing on breastfeeding mothers for the past 12 years. She was instrumental in establishing Botsford Breastfeeding Services, and has worked as a consultant in the clinic since its inception.
She has also worked as a home visit nurse, providing care for new moms and babies, and currently provides follow-up phone calls to all mothers who have delivered at Botsford. Pat also currently serves on the board of the Michigan Association of Lactation Consultants.
Mary Catonguay RN, IBCLC
Mary
has been practicing as a nurse for the past 23 years starting out in an Intensive Care Unit. For the past 18 years she has been working in Maternal Child Health including: Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, Nursery and Home care for new moms and babies.
She became certified as a Lactation Consultant in 1997 and has been providing education and support for breastfeeding mothers since that time including teaching prenatal breastfeeding classes.
