From babies to seniors, Botsford's Emergency Center treats patients with compassionate care using advanced technologies.

Our 24-hours a day, seven days a week Emergency Center handles major and minor emergencies.

Staffed with board-certified emergency medicine physicians, Botsford has a full diagnostic laboratory and dedicated medical equipment including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI machines and other state-of-the-art equipment.

At Botsford, we are:

Michigan's first accredited Chest Pain Center
Certified as a Stroke Center of Excellence providing leading edge stroke intervention
Using electronic medical records
Offering an on site blood bank
Available to transport patients through our helipad and on site EMS service, if prompt transfer transportation is necessary.
Ranked in the top 10% nationally for customer satisfaction, as surveyed from our patients through Press Ganey, a nationally-recognized survey organization.

Express Care

For minor injuries or illnesses, Botsford's Express Care service provides prompt treatment with minimal waiting. It's a special part of our Emergency Center, designed specifically to minimize treatment time for minor injuries.

We have Wi-Fi access in our Emergency Care Center
