Program Description

The Urological Surgery program at Botsford Hospital is a five-year residency that provides the necessary training and education to osteopathic physicians who desire to prepare themselves for urological surgery. It achieves the requirements for eventual certification in Urological Surgery by the American Osteopathic Association through the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.

Subsequent to internship, one or two years of training shall be in General Surgery. The resident is well qualified to handle a urological surgical practice on completion of this training program.

Resident Call Schedule: Once every 5th night
