The Infectious Disease Fellowship program at Botsford Hospital is a clinically-based two-year program designed to develop an awareness and basic understanding of infectious disease concepts. The program improves skills in diagnosing and managing infectious diseases commonly encountered in the hospital.
Fellows are expected to heighten their knowledge of basic infectious disease concepts and medical microbiology, and provide optimal care for patients with infectious diseases. Additional objectives will be tailored to the fellow based on interest and current knowledge.
