Body and Mind:
Complementary medicine is an essential component of your overall health and well-being. Relax your mind or body with one of our specialized massage services, or experience the healing energy of Reiki. Ask about our stress management sessions, cancer wellness program and smokingcessation program.

Nutrition and Weight-Loss Services:
Metabolic testing to determine your calorie budget for the most effective weight loss. Meet with our nutritionist to create a meal plan or to learn tips for eating healthy on the go.

Cardio Training:
Enroll in our heart-rate-based training exercise program to achieve the proper fatburning zone during your workouts and gain the lean body mass that is essential for boosting metabolism. Call for a convenient session time.

Golf Expo:
Includes swing analysis, golf conditioning seminar, raffle prizes and local vendor and golf course information booths. Preregistration is required for swing analysis.

Golf Conditioning Program:
Six-week training session designed to prevent injuries and improve your game. Learn dynamic golf-related warm-ups and stretching routines, increase shoulder flexibility and stabilization, improve core stabilization and rotational power, and enhance balance and concentration.
Starts Tuesday, May 5
Tuesdays, 8:30 to 9:15 a.m., or
Wednesdays, 6:00 to 6:45 p.m.
$150 fee for members; $200 fee for nonmembers (includes six-week fitness membership to BCHI)

Step into Spring:
Learn healthy habits and receive tips on starting a walking program, selecting proper footwear and preventing injury. Flexibility and gait analysis screening also will be available.
