ReNew (standard) is a 20-week program that is medically-supervised, has a detailed and supportive education component with meal replacement-based meal plan. Emphasis is on long-term weight management. Curriculum covers: strategies for living in challenging environments, calorie balance, nutrition for health, hunger management and many other important topics. Classes meet for 90 minutes weekly.
