Smoking Cessation Hypnotherapy
Smoking cessation hypnotherapy is an individualized technique to help a person quit smoking. Hypnosis puts people in a naturally occurring, deeply relaxed state similar to daydreaming. In this naturally, relaxed state, the subconscious is open to suggestions compatible with the person's desires. When hypnosis is combined with a sincere desire to quit smoking, it can be very effective. Motivation is very important to success of this program.
During this class, individuals will build a strong desire to quit smoking and resolve issues that keep them smoking. Suggestions will be given to reduce nicotine cravings and to program the unconscious to handle these cravings when they arise. Techniques will also be given to help maintain a smoke-free lifestyle. Hypnosis can help with relaxation and control. It can also help relieve the stress and anxiety associated with quitting smoking.
Two sessions are required and are conducted by a certified clinical Hypnotherapist who has twenty years experience with helping people succeed at smoking cessation. The first session will last one and a half hours; the second will be one hour. Both sessions will be held in a relaxed, comfortable environment with your privacy in mind.
Cost: $200
