DVDs for Emergency Department PatientsPatients who come to Botsford Hospital through our Emergency Department can be here for a long while. For most patients, tests need to be scheduled, results need to be read and specialists may need to be called. This all takes time. Portable DVD players with headphones can make the wait more bearable. We are also building a library of DVDs for patients to choose from, including titles that are appropriate for children and young adults. Portable DVD Player with headphones

Infant Bouncy SeatsSome sick infants cannot lay flat in a crib, requiring them to utilize a bouncy seat. Bouncy seats also provide a safe, secure place for baby to rest or play. Activity centers on bouncy seats can provide developmentally appropriate stimulation for the senses during play. Your purchases will help an infant feel their best when they are ill.

Infant Car-Bed for Preemie InfantSeverely premature infants cannot sit upright in a car seat to travel home; the law requires they fully recline in a car-bed. Occasionally a new mother cannot afford to purchase a baby car-bed. Your donation will ensure families in need have the means to transport their bundle of joy home from the hospital.
