Insulin Pump and Continuous Glucose Monitoring
This program is designed for those patients who desire more intensive management of their diabetes through the use of an insulin pump.
An initial assessment conducted by a nurse and dietitian assesses the patient's knowledge base and motivation for this therapy. The program is individualized and program length is determined by the needs of the patient.
