Graduate Nurse Support Program

At Botsford, we work with you to make your transition from Graduate Nurse to Registered Nurse as smooth as possible. We offer personalized Graduate Nurse orientation, in-unit preceptor and specialized one-on-one training in cardiac monitored step down, critical care, pulmonary care, medical/surgical nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, geropsychiatry and maternal child health.

In addition, we offer our Graduate Nurses on an online Kaplan Review that allows you to study for the NCLEX - even during work hours - plus 30 hours of paid study hall.
