Angela Lukomski, R.N., M.S.N., C.P.N.P.
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Angela is highly trained in all aspects of pediatric health care. She trained at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and has eight years of experience with Children's Hospital in Detroit.
Angela's primary focus is patient and family education with an emphasis on health maintenance and disease prevention, safety, and growth and development. She takes a special interest in breastfeeding and is able to work with you and your infant in the office one-on-one and answer any questions that may come up to facilitate breastfeeding. She also specializes in childhood asthma and obesity.
Angela received her B.S.N. from the University of Michigan and holds a Master's degree in Maternal Child Health from Wayne State University. She is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Board and holds both a registered nurse and pediatric nurse practitioner specialty license with the State of Michigan.
Her certifications include both a Neonatal Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Angela is active in research and her most recent work has been published in The Journal of the Society of Pediatric Nurses. She is currently a guest lecturer at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor.
