The Botsford Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services provide excellent care through comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
Our six conveniently located centers have therapy specialists trained in manual therapy, myofascial release, Mckenzie techniques, craniosacral therapy, neurological rehabilitation, prosthetic training, join replacement rehabilitations, isokinetic evaluation, and sports re-conditioning.
Our methods blend the best state of the art equipment, including warm water therapeutic pools, with evidenced-based practice delivered with a personal touch.
Our Occupational Therapists offer a nationally recognized Lymphodema program for pain management along with upper-extremity and hand rehabilitation.

At the conclusion of your rehabilitation program, a progressive exercise program is created to provide a seamless transition from therapeutic exercise to overall fitness and wellness. The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is proud to offer a valuable discount to our preferred Botsford patients! We will incorporate post-therapy recommendations and/or restrictions into the personalized exercise program included in the membership enrollment package.
Life After Therapy
Do you need physical therapy? How do you choose the clinic that is right for you? Ask about our "Life After Therapy" at the Botsford Center for Health Improvement. Upon discharge from either Botsford TRACC or Infinity Physical Therapy, you (as the patient) are eligible for a free one month fitness membership to the Botsford Center for Health Improvement.
You will work with a qualified fitness specialist who will partner with your physical therapist to help you transition from a therapeutic program to an independent exercise program. Ask your physical therapist how you can take part in this program!
