Membership Enrollment Package
At the Botsford Center for Health Improvement, we believe that wellness is a journey, so we have developed a step-by-step wellness program that is included in the cost of your membership.

Step 1.) PLAN THE TRIP
Whenever you are planning a trip you must first be able to identify where you are now and where it is you would like to end up.
Your journey into Wellness begins with identifying your current level of Wellness and health.- Health History
- Wellness Assessment (4 per year)

Step 2.) THE MAP
Now that you know where you are and where you would like to end up, you need a map to show you how to get there.
You will work with your fitness specialist to map out the first three months of your journey with an individualized exercise program designed to meet your specific needs and goals.- Individualized Exercise Program

Step 3.) CHARTING YOUR JOURNEY
All experienced travelers frequently check their maps and look for the road signs that identify that they are indeed traveling in the right direction.
Your fitness specialist will monitor your progress periodically by checking in with you. Should you have any questions, they are available to help keep you on the right track (and keep you motivated along the way!)- Weekly monitoring/updating

Step 4.) THE FIRST STOP ALONG THE WAY
The journey to Wellness is a life long journey. As with all long journeys you must have stops along the way.
Every three months your fitness specialist will take you through another Wellness Assessment to determine how far you have come in your journey. They will work with you to correct the course if necessary, set new goals and plan the next three months of your program.- Wellness Re-Assessment (4 per year)
- New Exercise Program (4 per year)
- Motivation to continue the Journey (daily)
