Fit Ball I

Improve your body's functional strength, balance and coordination! Focus is on developing your body's posture and movement efficiency by using your "core" muscles - abdominal and low back. Movements are done slowly to maximize the function and stability of the core. Various pieces of equipment may be used. Level I is for beginners or those with low back problems. Level 2 is advanced training for toning and strengthening.

Stretch & Tone

"Easy does it" describes this relaxing class, which focuses on flexibility and muscular toning. Perfect at the end of a workout, for injury prevention, or for improving range of motion. Includes standing and floor exercise and hand weights.
