Easy Yoga

Designed for the beginner, this class will introduce participants to the fundamental movements and poses integrating both mind and body for the total yoga experience.

Pilates - Mat

Strengthen your "powerhouse" - deep abdominal muscles, low back, and buttocks in this challenging class that combines the precise movements of the Pilates system with basic fitness elements.

Tai Chi

Called "meditation in motion", movements are performed slowly, and gracefully with smooth transitions between them. Learning to do the movements correctly enhances balance, alignment, motor skills, as well as releasing tension in the body.

Sweet & Low Tai Chi

A scaled-down version of Tai Chi, this class is taught from a seated position and is ideal for those with physical limitations or difficulty standing for long periods of time. Class focuses on posture, range of motion, balance and alignment.
