Gentle Training Classes

Super Seniors

Low impact, fun and entertainment all describe this senior-based class format. Class includes cardiovascular conditioning, toning, posture and balance exercise and stretching. Whether done seated or standing, this class utilizes a fitness ball, hand weights and aerobic step combined with fun music from the 50's!

Sit & Be Fit

Hold on to your seat! You can get fit without leaving your chair. All exercises are done in a seated position and work on range of motion, toning and improved cardiovascular function. Those with walkers or wheelchairs are encouraged to participate.

Senior Yoga (only for Seniors)

Designed for those with limitations or difficulty with floor exercise. Encourages relaxation, deep breathing, flexibility and muscle toning.
