One - One Personal Training
- Each training session consists of a one hour workout with individual guidance and feedback. You will receive personalized instruction on cardiovascular and weight training machines with emphasis on proper technique and heart rate monitoring.
Partner Training
- For those couples/partners who want to share one on one PT sessions with same trainer. 10 pack only. No ½ hour sessions.
Surf and Turf
- For those looking for the benefits of weight bearing and land based strength/stability training and aquatic constant tension training.
- 2 land based personal training sessions in the Fitness Center (55:00)
- 2 aquatic personal training sessions in the pool (45:00)
- Includes ½ hour goal setting session
- COST = $250
Weight No More!
- Aerobic based training with emphasis on heart rate training to maximize fat metabolism (Includes LSD –long slow distance training and interval training)
- Heart Rate monitor and strap
- Individual Nutrition consult and diet analysis (1-hour)
- Core conditioning
- 3 one-hour sessions: 35-40:00 focused cardio training, 15:00 core conditioning, 5:00 stretching
- 3 pack = $315 or 6 pack = $500.00
Hard Core
- Low back stabilization, core conditioning, abdominal toning and balance training
- (4) 30 minute training sessions
- Cost = $105
- OPTION: Posture Analysis = $50.00
Jump Start
- PT promotional package may be purchased within 1st 30 days of BCHI membership
- Discount price of $150.00 (normally $175.00)
