Each of our Personal Trainers have extensive fitness backgrounds, as well as nationally recognized certifications in personalized fitness training. Your personalized exercise program will be created by the Personal Trainer and will include:
- Individual exercise prescriptions based on previous health history, physical limitations, and fitness goals.
- Instruction in proper techniques and body mechanics, and assistance as needed on exercise equipment.
- Motivation, encouragement and coaching to attain the highest level of commitment and quality from each exercise session.
- Appropriate exercise programming and progression of the fitness program to fulfill your needs and goals and prevent injury.
Beginning Your Personal Training Program:
- Determine which package of sessions will best suit your needs.
- Complete an initial Goal Setting session, review health history. (New clients only, or more than 6 months between sessions).
- Select a Personal Trainer that suits your needs and personality, or ask our Department Lead, Chris Garner, CPT, for advise on selecting a trainer.
Personal Training Options
Sessions are offered as 3 pack, 6 pack, or 10 pack. Receive your next session free after completing your 3rd 10 pack!
One - One Personal Training
- Each training session consists of a one hour workout with individual guidance and feedback. You will receive personalized instruction on cardiovascular and weight training exercises with emphasis on proper technique and heart rate monitoring.
Small Group Training
- 2-4 participants. Ideal for those couples/partners who want to share training sessions!
