6 Week Session; $50 Fee
Wednesdays 6 - 6:45 pm

Saturdays 10 -10:45am

Combines strength training and cardiovascular exercise, utilizes free weights, resistance bands, cardio machines and your own body weight.

 

Level: Beginner, Intermediate & High Fit
