Farmington Hills, Mich. (May 5, 2009)---Are you looking for a way to improve your health and relieve your stress? The class meets from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Community Room of Botsford Hospital’s Zieger Administration & Education Building. The first class you attend is free and each additional session is $5.
Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise, meditation and a martial art that is beneficial for improvement of health and for stress management. He is associated with the Michigan Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan & Chi Kung Institute, directed by his teacher Sifu Stephen Britt.
