Farmington Hills, Mich. (January 30, 2013)---This eight-week workshop, led by a registered dietitian from Botsford Hospital's Diabetes & Nutrition Department, will get you focused on building healthy eating habits and losing weight. Weekly topics customized to reflect the group's specific challenges and goals. Meets Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., February 11 - April 1. Located at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. Includes weekly weigh-ins to keep you on track, support and encouragement, hands-on activities and demonstrations, meal-planning advice and recipes, helpful tips and strategies, and nutrition advice. Botsford Hospital is a multi-specialty 330 bed hospital and verified trauma center located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
