This exceptional class is led by an engaging and very knowledgeable registered dietician. Make a date to come to this fun, activity-filled evening and learn how to read food labels, choose correct portion sizes, select nutrient dense foods, and plan meals.

Botsford Hospital is a multi-specialty 330 bed hospital and verified trauma center located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
