Botsford News Release
Farmington Hills, Mich. (August 15, 2012)---John M. Meek, D.O., has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. This cardiologist sees patients at Cardiovascular Clinical Associates located on Botsford Hospital's campus at 28080 Grand River Ave., Suite 300 West, in Farmington Hills, (248) 615-7300.
After graduating from Western University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California, Dr. Meek completed the internal medicine residency then the cardiology fellowship at Botsford. He served as Botsford's chief cardiology fellow from 2011 to 2012. In addition, Dr. Meek also holds a Master of Science in molecular biology from the University of California, San Diego.
Board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography, stress echocardiogram, transesophageal echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology, Dr. Meek has participated in several medical volunteer experiences. Most recently he joined Botsford's medical mission to Guatemala in spring 2012.
Botsford Hospital is a multi-specialty 330 bed hospital and verified trauma center located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The campus also houses an imaging center and a comprehensive care cancer center.
