Farmington Hills, Mich. (October 20, 2011)---Barak Tanzman, D.O., has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. This plastic and reconstructive surgeon sees patients at Chau Plastic Surgery, P.C., 27901 Woodward Ave., Suite 100 in Berkley, (248) 799-2880.
After receiving his medical education from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, Dr. Tanzman served his general surgery residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. He completed the plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Warren.
Botsford Hospital is a multi-specialty 330 bed hospital and verified trauma center located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
