Farmington Hills, Mich. (March 9, 2011)---Botsford Hospital will host a blood drive for the American Red Cross on Friday, March 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The drive will be held in Conference Room 2 East A on the second floor of the hospital. Advance registrations are appreciated. Donors are urged to visit www.givelife.org and enter Botsford as the sponsor code to register for this blood drive. In order to donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old, in good health and weigh at least 110 pounds. While there is no upper age limit for donors, some medical conditions, medical histories, prescription drugs and recent travel to some foreign countries limit donor eligibility.
