Novi, Mich. (July 7, 2010)---Have you ever wanted to attempt a triathlon? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is giving you a chance to “tri.” The facility is offering a mini-triathlon on Saturday, July 10 from 8 to 10 a.m.
The mini-tri will include 20 minutes in the pool, 20 minutes on a bike and 20 minutes on a treadmill. This mini-triathlon is free for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members and $5 for non-members.
Cristina Noble, Fitness Specialist at the Botsford Center for Health Improvement, says, “This is a great opportunity for individuals to practice for a real triathlon and see how far they can go. Participants are in a safe environment with experts who can give advice and help train those that may choose to participate in a triathlon later this year or next year.”
