Novi, Mich. (July 1, 2010)---Take a quick break from traditional cardiovascular and strength programs with a boxing personal training class for individuals or small groups. Challenge every part of your body with this intense training session.
Boxing training will improve your overall athletic performance, help you break through a workout “plateau,” enhance your concentration, define and sculpt your upper body, radically improve your cardio respiratory endurance, improve your hand-speed and eye-hand coordination, and increase your self confidence while teaching you realistic self-defense.
Fees for members are $75 for one session, $180 for three sessions, $315 for six sessions and $450 for 10 sessions. Non-members costs are $75 for one session, $200 for three sessions, $350 for six sessions and $500 for 10 sessions.
