Novi, Mich. (February 23, 2010)---Are you looking for a fun and new way to exercise? Don’t miss the Botsford Center for Health Improvement’s new Zumba class starting on Monday, March 1 at 7:30 p.m.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music combined with high-energy, simple to follow, low impact Latin dance moves to create a dynamic, fun and effective workout. This class meets every Monday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and is targeted for beginner to intermediate level. Diane Quigley, a fitness specialist, physical therapist and certified Zumba instructor, will teach the class.
Quigley, says, “Even if you don’t know the moves, the music will draw you in and you’ll just start moving. Bring your own style, and your own flavor to the moves and be prepared for a night of fun.”
The class is free for Botsford Center for Health Improvement members. Non-members may purchase a punchcard for 10 sessions for $99 or pay a drop-in guest fee of $15. Registration is not required.
