Free Workouts at the Botsford Center for Health Improvement's Friends and Family Day Celebration

Novi, Mich. (January 7, 2010)---Are you ready to kick your New Year’s resolution into high gear? The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is offering a free day at the gym on Wednesday, January 13 as part of their Friends and Family Day Celebration. The all day event, from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. will include free and fun activities for members and non-members. 
 
Everyone will have free access to the facility including its state-of-the-art fitness equipment, warm-water therapeutic and lap pools, exercise classes and walking track. In addition, all new members have the opportunity to enroll for $20.10. The following activities will also be included: 
 
Spinning: 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. ($2 bike fee) 
Gentle Aerobics: 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. 
Aqua Fit: 9 a.m. 
Intermediate Aqua: 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. 
Pilates: 10:30 a.m. 
Walk Fit: 11 a.m. 
Sit and Be Fit: 12:15 p.m. 
Sweet and Low Tai Chi: 1:30 p.m. 
Ab Busters: 6 p.m. 
Cardio Combat: 6 p.m. 
Tai Chi: 7 p.m.
