Novi, Mich. (November 25, 2009)---The Botsford Center for Health Improvement is celebrating its third anniversary on Monday, December 7, with a Friends and Family Day Celebration. The day will include free and fun activities for members and non-members.
Everyone will have free access to the facility including all fitness equipment, warm-water therapeutic and lap pools, exercise classes and walking track. In addition, you can receive ten percent discounts on workout gear and gift certificates, early registration for January classes and no enrollment fee for all new members. The following activities will also be included:
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Nutrition Question and Answer Session
4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Sports Hula Hoop Demonstration, sessions on the half-hour
5 to 6 p.m.: Strength & Endurance Training
7 to 8 p.m.: Self Defense Introductory Session
