Novi, Mich. (November 17, 2009)---The Botsford Center for Health Improvement in Novi is offering seven Friends and Family Days throughout November and December to promote the journey to better health. Personal invitations are not needed. These guest days will allow all members of the community free access to the facility.
Access includes all fitness equipment, warm-water therapeutic and lap pools, exercise classes and walking track. Special guest days are November 18, 25 and 30 and December 7, 14, 21 and 28. Massages are also available for a fee.
Classes available include Yoga, Sit and Be Fit, Sweet and Low Tai Chi, Gentle Aerobics, Aqua Fit, Intermediate Aqua and more. For a complete list of fitness classes for the dates above, visit www.botsford.org/bchi or call (248) 473-3100.
