James Fontanesi, M.D.
Dr. Fontanesi is board certified in therapeutic radiology. He practices at Botsford Radiation Oncology Center located in the Botsford Cancer Center. Dr. Fontanesi’s national expertise includes brachytherapy for eye, head and neck, breast, gynecological and prostate cancers using low dose rate and high dose rate techniques, childhood cancer treatment and stereotactic radiation treatments. His areas of research are neutron brachytherapy and radiation dose scheduling.
