Farmington Hills, MI (April 8, 2009)--- Christopher Schwimer, D.O., has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital.
Dr. Schwimer is board certified in Pathology and Dermatopathology. He is a fellow of the American Society of Dermatopathology.
Dr. Schwimer received his medical education from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. He completed his internship at Firelands Hospital in Sandusky, Ohio and a residency in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. Dr. Schwimer also performed a Surgical Pathology fellowship and a Dermatopathology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
